Park & Ride to the Iowa State Fair


It’s the most stress-free way to get to the great Iowa State Fair. Just park your car and ride DART for a quick and easy trip!

DART State Fair Shuttles run daily from 8:30am to midnight. The cost is just $2 for adults, $1 for kids (5 and above) and 65+…kids 5 and under are FREE.

Three park and ride locations:

  • State Capital Complex (near East 12th and Grand)
  • Center Street Parking Garage (near 6th and Center)
  • Southeast Polk High School (NE 80th and Hwy 163)
