Furry Friday – Sarge & $25 Adoptions!

If you adopt Sarge, can I please come visit?  I am in LOVE with this guy!  He’s beautiful, and from that face, I know he’s a true rottweiler – pure, goofy, love.  It makes me miss my Trixie so much.  I have never had a dog as gentle and kind as Trixie.  So, I want Sarge to have an amazing home – and you just might be that person.  He’s just one of the adorable adoptables at the Animal Rescue League of Iowa.

13340135_10154208551482354_7819885165263097159_oWhich brings me to this – TOMORROW ONLY – $25 adoptions for ALL cats and dogs, at all locations.  That includes Jordan Creek Town Center where they will set up the temporary hub for the Adopt-A-Thon.  (see graphic)

Below you will see more about Sarge.  HG a bit special needs but, if I didn’t have four cats, I would take him, and it would be totally worth it. 🙂

Please Adopt, Don’t Shop.  -Kate sarge 2

From the ARL about Sarge:

This dog is available for our Better With Age adoption fee of $60.

BIG FAN OF: Relaxing with his people.

NOT A FAN OF: Going into things too quickly. Sarge has limited vision, so sometimes he likes to take things slowly so he is comfortable.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Sarge is a really nice guy who is looking for people he can trust and bond closely with. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with his people and loves being near you no matter what you’re doing. He seems to like toys once he is comfortable, and he also seems to be friendly toward other dogs. He’ll be a great relaxation buddy!

DREAM HOME: A calmer, more predictable place with people who will give him plenty of time and attention. He needs a more mature home because of his vision issues.
