Once again, the Animal Rescue League of Iowa is overwhelmed with adorable adoptables – currently about 1,500 in their care!  So, you get the benefit, just in time for the chilly weather.

I mean, I do not want to turn on the heat yet, so my cats are super helpful in keeping me warm.  🙂  For that matter, the band Three Dog Night was named for the fact that dogs are pack animals who like to sleep close to humans for the benefit of warmth on everyone’s part.

AND, the adoptions are just $25!  Should I have said that sooner?  Nah, you saw the picture, I am just reinforcing it.  Moral of the story – Go Fall In Love this weekend!
