Hey Babe, It’s Furry Friday!

Today’s adorable adoptable from the Animal Rescue League of Iowa is Babe!

She is a gorgeous, energetic 3-year old German Wirehaired Pointer.  I frankly can’t take my eyes off of her.

From the ARL:

Babe 2BIG FAN OF: Eating and cuddling.

NOT A FAN OF: New things. They tend to concern her.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Babe is a high-energy gal with a silly play style. She will bound after her toys and then scoot or fling them across the floor — you have to see it for yourself! She’ll need exercise and playtime each day and might be a great jogging partner if you’re looking for one. She is a huge cuddler, as well, and loves sitting very close to you so you are able to give her as many scratches and pets as possible. She’s got a great personality!

DREAM HOME: With an active family who likes to exercise as much as they like to cuddle. She has done well with other dogs.

Go ahead, go adopt her today!  (Or one of her other friends of the cat or dog or other persuasion.)  By the way, the ARL is having a special adoption event at Merle Hay Mall on Saturday, here are the details.

Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Details:  “The ARL will have a booth inside Merle Hay mall the 3rd Saturday of every month.  Stop by and adopt a cat/kitten for $50 or a dog for $60 (while they last). Check our website the day of the event to see which pets will be off-site that day.  We will also have items available for sale for your pets with all of the proceeds going back to help the homeless pets at the ARL.”
