Furry Friday – It’s all Chocolate!

This week it’s Gunner and Coco!  They are a pair of bonded chocolate labs from the Animal Rescue League of Iowa.  Since they are both seniors, they qualify for the reduced adoption fee of just $75 for the pair!

Here’s more from the ARL about Gunner:

BIG FAN OF: Treats and chasing the occasional tennis ball.

NOT A FAN OF: Restraint and having his feet handled.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Gunner is a senior citizen, but he still likes to play! He already knows several skills, including sit, down, stay and shake. He likes exploring in our dog park and carrying tennis balls in his mouth. He’ll love going on walks each day with his new family.

OTHER REASONS HE’S SPECIAL: He may have some arthritis and may do best in a home where there aren’t too many stairs he’ll need to climb.

And about Coco:

BIG FAN OF: Hanging out with her people and chasing the occasional tennis ball.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Coco is a very nice girl who does great on a leash and knows several skills already: sit, down, stay, shake and come! She loves exploring in our dog park and carrying tennis balls in her mouth.

THEIR DREAM HOME: With calmer, more mature people who will enjoy taking her for walks each day. She and Gunner need to be the only dogs in their new home.

These two are a perfect way to instantly have a home full of love.

Please adopt, don’t shop.

-Kate
