Furry Friday: Leap into Love

Leap Day is Monday!  So, why not leap into love by adopting Admiral from the Animal Rescue League of Iowa.  Isn’t he beautiful?  I LOVE big dogs!

Admiral is a 3-year-old Great Pyrenees.

admiral2From the ARL:

BIG FAN OF: Tasty treats. He’s food-motivated, which will be a great tool in teaching him polite greetings and appropriate manners.

NOT A FAN OF: Keeping his feet to himself. When Admiral becomes overly excited, he defaults to jumping and sometimes mouthing. Because of this he needs a teens-and-up home.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Admiral likes to chase after tennis balls and squeaky toys. They are a great way for him to expend some of his energy. He also knows a bunch of stuff: sit, down, shake and come! Classes would be great for learning more and working on his manners.

DREAM HOME: With an active family who will spend time with him each and every day. This bold, bouncy guy needs a teens-and-up home. He has done well with other dogs.

Please Adopt, Don’t Shop. -Kate
