My adorable adoptable this week from the Animal Rescue League of Iowa is Panther.

I picked him for two reasons: He’s gorgeous.  And, he happens to share a name with one of the new characters to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe in this weekend’s “Captain America: Civil War.”  BTW – Black Panther is awesome in the movie.
