Furry Friday – 10/24

Each week it’s a new Furry Friend waiting to be adopted at the Animal Rescue League of Iowa.

This week it’s Koda, a pure-bred American Curl cat.  I love her because I love those ears!  She is part of the Shelter Cat Giveaway program, so her adoption fee is reduced.  But that also means you will need to set up a meet and greet in advance so contact Carol at cgriglione@arl-iowa.org or Cindy at cgerke@arl-iowa.org.

More about KodKoda 2a:

BIG FAN OF: Being in laps and receiving lots of attention.

NOT A FAN OF: Unfamiliar situations. It may take her a little time to adjust. She is also not a fan of other cats.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Koda is an adorable, cuddly gal who would be a great couch companion. She loves all toys, from balls to feathers to lasers, and would enjoy someone who would want to play with her. She also likes snuggling up under the covers.

OTHER REASONS SHE’S SPECIAL: Koda is an American Curl, and her ears curl back as is typical of the breed. She’s also very petite and chocolate-colored, and she has a shortened tail.

DREAM HOME: With an affectionate family whose home is calmer and more structured. She needs a home with no other cats and no young children.

Please consider adopting some furry love soon. -Kate
