Furry Friday 11-21

This week’s adorable adoptable from the Animal Rescue League of Iowa is:

A beautiful senior lab named Becca!

From the ARL:

BECCA IS A BIG FAN OF: Treats, toys and attention.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Becca loves to cuddle, meet new people and chase after toys. She doesn’t always act her age, which will make you smile! Her previous family said she is a big fan of children, so make sure to bring the whole family out to meet her to see if she’s a match!

OTHER REASONS SHE’S SPECIAL: Becca already knows sit and down, but she does need some help learning to ease up on a leash. A Gentle Leader or front-clip harness should help a lot with that, though. She loves to follow her nose, so plan on pauses during your walks to let her stop and smell the roses (and everything else along your route).

DREAM HOME: With guardians who will exercise her a little, hang out with her a lot and let her live out her years with them.

This dog is eligible for our “better with age” adoption fee of $60.

Please consider giving a pet a furever home for the holidays!
