James A. Autry & Sally J. Pederson will be discussing their new book, Choosing Gratitude 365 Days A Year. According to author James Autry, this collaboration with his wife, Sally Pederson, was “a great joy” & he hopes “that spirit shines throughout the book.” Their editor describes the book as ” honest, genuine, and utterly without platitudes.” James A. Autry is the author of 11 books, the most recent of which was Choosing Gratitude: Learning to Love the Life You Have. A former Fortune 500 executive & magazine editor, he now writes, lectures & conducts workshops on Servant Leadership in this country & internationally. Sally J. Pederson is an advocate for children & adults with disabilities & a voice for progressive causes. She served as Lt. Governor of Iowa from 1999 to 2007 & is a former editor with Better Homes & Gardens magazine, where she met & married the love of her life, Jim Autry. This is her first book.
